Product Features
IP69 Waterproof MCIL3F MCBH3M 3pin Subconn Underwater Cable Connector
1) Excellent sealing performance: Adopting high-grade chloroprene rubber and metal shell (such as stainless steel, titanium alloy, etc.), it has high ocean depth level sealing ability and can adapt to harsh underwater environments.
2) Unified contact design: Standardized contact size and layout to ensure compatibility, support 2-21 core configuration, and meet the needs of different equipment.
3) High reliability and protection: The metal shell is matched with polyoxymethylene resin locking cover and Teflon wire to ensure long-term stable operation, while having corrosion resistance and tensile strength.
4) Wide application: Applicable to offshore oil platforms, nuclear power plants, scientific research equipment, industrial Ethernet and other fields, it is an industry standard solution

1. Threaded hole installation, the diameter around the screw hole is within 25mm, and the end face roughness is required to be within Ra1.6
2. The optical hole lock nut is installed. The diameter of the over-control should be controlled within 11.2-11.4mm. The diameter of the surrounding area is within 25mm. The roughness of the end face should be within Ra1.6.
3. Always apply a thin layer of silicone oil to the o-ring before installing the socket.
Remark:
1.Be sure to apply silicone oil before each plug
2.Please pull out when pulling out, do not twist left and right
3.Ensure that the joint is not tilted
4.All joints are delicately exposed to heat or direct sunlight

Applications
Common application areas of watertight connectors can be divided into the following five categories, covering deep-sea exploration, marine engineering, ship and equipment maintenance and other scenarios:
1) Deep-sea exploration and scientific research
Used for underwater robots (ROV), sensors, sonar equipment, to ensure data transmission and energy supply.
Applied to seabed observation networks and seismic sensing systems, supporting high-precision instrument connection.
2) Marine engineering and resource development
Connect equipment in seabed pipeline laying, shipwreck salvage, and oil production to improve maintenance efficiency.
Used in power distribution systems for submarine cables, communication lines and oil and gas platforms.
3) Ships and underwater equipment
Support equipment transfer during ship maintenance, such as deck to board equipment connection.
Applied to diving assembly equipment, underwater lighting systems and electronic compartments of cabled remotely operated submersibles (ROVs).
4) Fiber optic communication systems
As passive components in fiber optic transmission lines, it realizes detachable connection of optical channels for easy testing and maintenance.
5) Special environment protection
Applicable to high pressure (such as 70MPa), low temperature or strong corrosion environment to ensure long-term stable operation of equipment.
