1. Classification by frequency
①Low-frequency aviation plug: This type of connector is mainly used to transmit low-frequency signals and electrical energy, and is usually used in occasions where the frequency requirements are not high.
②High-frequency aviation plug: Suitable for transmitting high-frequency signals, such as data transmission in communication systems. High-frequency aviation plugs usually have better signal transmission performance and anti-interference ability.
2. Classification by purpose
①Cabinet aviation plug: Mainly used for circuit connection inside the cabinet, usually with a smaller volume and higher density to adapt to the limitations of cabinet space.
②Special-purpose aviation plug: A connector designed according to specific application requirements, such as for work in special environments such as high temperature, high pressure, earthquake resistance, and waterproofing.
③Power aviation plug: Mainly used to transmit electrical energy, usually with a higher current carrying capacity, suitable for equipment that requires high current power supply.
3. Classification by shape
①Rectangular aviation plug: A connector with a rectangular shell, usually used in occasions that require a larger connection area and higher stability.
②Circular aviation plug: A connector with a circular shell, usually used in occasions that require a smaller volume and higher flexibility, such as circuit connection in aerospace equipment.
4. Classification by specific models and standards
①Servo motor special aviation plug: a connector designed specifically for servo motors, with high performance, high reliability and long life.
②Communication facility aviation plug: a connector used in communication systems, such as RJ45, HDMI, TYPE-B, TYPE-C, etc., covering media transmission types such as data, communication, and high-definition signals.
③Self-developed special aviation plug: a connector independently developed according to specific application requirements, usually with unique performance and structural characteristics.
④Russian industrial defense standard aviation plug, American industrial defense standard aviation plug, national standard aviation plug, national industrial defense standard aviation plug, etc.: these connectors are designed according to the standards and specifications of different countries or regions, and are suitable for corresponding industrial application scenarios.
⑤Ultra-small precision aviation plug: a connector with a small size and precise structure, suitable for occasions with extremely high space requirements.
⑥Ordinary round aviation plug and small round waterproof aviation plug: these connectors usually have a smaller size and better waterproof performance, suitable for occasions requiring waterproof protection.
⑦Airtight glass sintered aviation plug: The connector adopts airtight glass sintering technology, which has excellent sealing performance and high temperature resistance, and is suitable for occasions requiring high sealing and high temperature resistance.
5. Other classification methods
In addition to the above classification methods, it can also be classified according to the connector interface type (such as welding wire type, straight-through type, welding type, female seat with wire type, etc.), connection method (such as threaded connection, bayonet connection, push-pull connection, etc.), protection level (such as IP67, IP68, etc.).
Application
Industrial aviation plug connector plays an important role in industrial scenarios such as automated production lines, oil drilling, rail transportation, solar photovoltaic power generation, and metallurgy and chemical industry with its high reliability, environmental resistance, sealing performance and quick connection. For example:
①In automated production lines, aviation plug connectors are used to connect the control system and actuator of the robot arm to ensure precise operation;
②In oil drilling platforms, connectors are used to connect the control system and drilling equipment of the drilling platform to ensure the reliability of offshore operations;
③In high-speed trains, aviation plug connectors are used to connect the signal system, traction system, etc. of the train to ensure driving safety.
