The day began with the distribution of red envelopes—a cultural gesture to express appreciation. Accompanied by personalized notes, these envelopes carried messages of thanks for each woman’s invaluable contributions. Next, roses were handed out, their petals symbolizing the beauty of resilience and growth. Many employees shared photos of their bouquets, spreading positivity across social media.
The highlight of the day was our DIY flower fan workshop. Led by a local artisan, the session allowed participants to design elegant fans by arranging preserved flowers and gold leaf on silk surfaces. The room buzzed with excitement as teams collaborated, turning simple materials into stunning artworks. These fans now adorn desks and cubicles, a testament to the creativity and spirit of our team.
